UKRAINE RELIEF: Please consider donating to our second collection for our brothers and sisters in Ukraine. The money will be sent there to care for refugees and for all the people there who are suffering from effects of the war. Please leave your donations in the collection plate on the table in the Narthex or include in your Sunday offering envelope, indicating the amount.

SCHEDULING LITURGIES: Father Alex’s calendar has many openings in 2024. If you have an occasion to give thanks: graduation from school, a birthday or a special anniversary, or if you have a special need or want to remember parents or family members who have gone before us, Liturgy would be a great opportunity to do so. Please see Father Alex or Reader Joe to schedule.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY from Father Alex and Reader Joe.  Thank you for all you do; the parish could not continue without the love and care of our mothers.

WELCOME to Father Deacon David BLACK who has come to serve Typica with Holy Communion on Sunday mornings while Father Alex is on vacation.  Father Deacon David is a Melkite Greek Catholic Deacon from Holy Transfiguration parish in McLean, VA.

However, since Father Alex will not be here, we will be postponing until he returns. In the meantime, if you have any updates to your family’s hramoty list (list of the deceased), please see Reader Joe Bernard.
