Marriage
According to St Paul, "marriage is a great mystery; I mean that it refers to Christ and the Church" (Eph 5:32) . In the Eastern Churches, the central ritual gesture of this mystery is most appropriately the Crowning, for in this way the man and woman are revealed as being lifted up to a special share in God's life. Through the holy mystery, a baptized man and woman receive a “special gift of God” (1 Cor 7:7) and enter a perpetual union devoted to the service of a new life in Christ.
Please contact the parish for further information or scheduling of marriages.
